My sister in law cannot carry a child. She has viable eggs. I have been thinking for a long time now that i would like to carry a child for her. I would not have a problem handing over a child if it was not my biological child. The baby would be going to a loving stable home with two parents. I am sure of this. I have had five babies of my own and enjoyed being pregnant. But i will not have any more of my own. So my question is how would you go about getting artifically inseminated in Qld or Nsw. Who would do it. And is it legal.I just want a few facts before i mention this to my sister in law. I know for sure that i want to do this and that i am capeable of doing this, and will probably go ahead, legal or not if she wants me to. Just doing a bit of background work.

I don't know about the law in Queensland. I just wanted to say that I think you are a pretty nice sister-in-law to think about doing this for her. Way to go!
