I COMITED A CRIME AND PLED GUILTY, LIED ON A POLICE REPORT, I GOT SENTENCED TO 6 MONTHS OF WORK RELESE. I GOT THE START DATE CONFUSED , AND I DIDENT GO THE DAY I WAS TO REPORT TO START. I KNOW THERE GOING TO ISSUE A ARREST WARRENT, I HAVE A JOB A 1 YEAR OLD BABY I SUPPORT AND ANOTHER ON THE WAY, IM AFFRAID THERE GOING TO GIVE ME A STRONGER SENTENCE. I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO PLEASE HELP

They have told him they have" pull with the court" (a lie). And if he continues to see me they will make sure he goes to prision and if he seperates with me they will use their pull to get him probation.

I worked for this lady at the mall for about 6months, and after she had some arguments with my sister, i wanted to talk to her and see what the problem was. After calling her and talking to her she said i should leave her business. I called the mall securities and told them what was going on, because i didnt want anything to be missing. They allowed me to close the stand.

After leaving my job i come to the mall and everyone i talk to said she has been talking about me and my sister how we have been stealing money out of her cashier and some products went missing too. I do now fell free walking within the mall and everyone talking about me and telling me how my boss is saying that i have been stealing money and products from her.

I was woundering if i can file a defamation lawsuit against her. The stories she is giving to the mall has been going on for about 3 months. I thought she would stop but its she is not.
Please let me know how i can win this lawsuit.

I got an mic this weekend and i have to appear in court this week.
the cops didn't breathalize me but on the back of the ticket they wrote: cospte(i dont know that that is suppose to be) of beer
i was not drinking.. and had not been drinking

I recently bought a vehicle with my boyfriend. Problem is, he has left the state with it, and left me stranded. I have already talked to police, and they said they could not do anything, is this true? Police told me he is a rightful owner just like I am. I am devastated. I don't have a car now. my greedy landlord rised our rent by 600 dollars and she says it's because she is going to do major renovations to the apt, and she also stated she needs to have access to the apt 24/7 so the workers can go and come as they please. So i was wondering what legal rights I have, should I still be paying the same amount of rent while our apt is going to be fixed, since this is going to be a major inconvienece for us and also is she allowed to have access to apt 24/7 while this is going on. OK, I'm 15 years old, I will be 16 on April 3, 2007. My Girlfriend is 14. Weve been dating for a year behind our parents backs because we were forced to break up last June. We kept dating while everyone thought we were just friends.We were dating for one year as of yesterday (march 3, 2007). Our parents came across some of our recent emails and found out we were dating, and now My parents told me i can not contact her until im 18. And Her mom said she is not allowed to contact me either. But we have been contacting eachother through our friends anyway. Now her mother wishes to take out a restraining order against me so i cannot see her or contact her. We have not been sexually active and there is NO history of violence. I would never lay my hands on her and she knows that. She still wants to be with me, and me with her, Can her mom get a Restraining order against her daughter's will with no violent or sexual activity?? I Live in Virginia if that changes anything. Answers Please!!!!!!!

I would like to Rephrase my last question. I actually meant that my mom social security number was use for many purposes and i wanted to know what we can do to report that situation. We were thinking of getting a lawyer. We know the company and location that did it and we are tracking the person who has used it. The number they called has tracked their voice. What can possiblity happen to the people in the company? (we know it happened with more than one person in the apartment complex in the office)

I was told we can report them for felony and have them tracked down with undercover cops.
