No but this is corverd under the law of harassment has it is annoying another person so sort of.

i don't think that there are any specific laws on bullying, but schools these days are obligated and expected to provide a safe work place for the children in their care. if u are having problems with someone bullying your kid / someone u know, the best thing to do is speak to their teacher. if the situation doesn't improve, then write a letter to the head teacher & the parents & teachers asociation. keep complaining til something is done. i'd even go as far as to contact the local board of education and my local member of parliament if my child was having serious problems with bullying.

Yes but implementing them is difficult!

Bully on line gives some advise on how to reply to a bullying statement/question etc. and gives good advise!

There are no laws on bullying but plenty of laws on the various types such as harrassment,assualt,theft etc.

I think that while there may not be one specific law about bullying, that there is much law that can be used against a bully.
