My ex and I have decided to not go throught the courts for child support and visitation. Our Daughter lives with me and she goes with her dad when he has a day off of work and pays me child support every two weeks. Lately he has not been paying all of his child support. Know he wants to take her outta state for a few weeks. I don't have a problem with her going with him other than the fact I'm afraid he will leave and not bring her back to me. Is there anything I can do to make sure he brings her back since there is no court orders?

We see celebrities speaking their minds about certain race or homosexuals in which they don't like and they get fired or forced to apologize but yet we have these hate groups, KKK, skin heads and others running around free in this country? Why can't we make it illegal for organized hate groups?

I have a creditor hounding me, and if they get the machine they call my neighbors friends and mother. The harrassment is pretty much a daily thing.
Last friday they gave me an ultimatum. I called back sat, got the machine, and told them I would get my taxes done very soon. I got software and am doing them tonight. Sunday they called my neighbor. Today I called back and they demanded 4200 dollars or id be sued if i didnt pay back in 4 hours.!
They also insisted I post date a check. Isnt that a federal offense to "kite" money you dont have? I offered any tax refund I had to these people. Also I reopened a line of credit, which cant be accessed until I get a new card. I dont really want to pay debt with more debt but feel i have no choice. I feel like my solutions I offered were reasonable. Please help

My landlord has in the lease a date by which repairs to my apartment were to be made. He broke that lease and I have not had use of one bathroom since September. NY limits small claims court to $3,000.00. Can I sue in landlord/tenant court for all my damages which is more than $3,000.00 because he broke the lease?

I am going to try to see if I can get a law passed that gives authorities the right to seize a vehicle if the driver does not have atleast libility insurance. When the vehicle is seized it becomes property of the state and can be auctioned off. The only reason I am all for this is because I have had 2 accidents in the past 3 years when the at fault driver had no insurance. This in turn buts me in debt to have to pay for their mistakes not only finicially but physically.

In Georgia some counties are not allowing placement if the home is 10 years old regardless of the condition of the home. The value of the homes are being affected by the actions of the county officals not by the condition of the home. People are being forced to rent or to only do business within their county as to selection of their new home in order to be able to trade their present home in. I would think people would have some protection under federal law as to free trade across county lines and to keeping the value of there property from being siezed or destroyed by county officals who do not like the form of affordable housing they have chosen

In my opinion it's multiple Ex-wives because God has said that any man who divorces his wife causes her to commit adultery, and any man who marries that woman commits adultery. At least with multiple wives you don't divorce them and cause sin. What do you people think?

A big truck ran into the back of me 4 years ago and I have a herniated disc. After 4 years we are starting to settle. The guy who ran into me's insurance company offered me his full coverage. $25,000. To get that I have to sign a covenant not to sue to release the guy of all claims. Then, my lawyer wants to fo after my underinsured policy. I am very worried about doing that. Should I sign the paper? Please give me some advice? Is it a law that you have to take the $25,000 before you can go after your own insurance?
