God i hope not! I know it's not nice to have someone be rude to you but if you sue for not smiling where will it all end! Maybe she'd had some bad news or something? I don't show it when I've had a bad day but we're all different which is great! Don't worry be happy:-)

You're lucky, because she laughed her head off when she saw me. And she refused to pull me a pint in case I popped me clogs before she'd finished. I would sue her myself if I could remember where I was ten minutes ago.
Seriously though, a man recently demanded a £150,000 for hurt feelings? That's seven years wages for someone on a minimum wage, the greedy, grasping, lazy bastard. I hope that's hurt his feelings.

you cannot sue. but you can go to her boss and tell him that she has a bad attitude and she could cause the bar to loose customers .there are plenty of other bars in town that will treat you with respect.
