Excellent point! I'm still having a problem with New York (and now Maryland) outlawing the frying of french fries at fast food restaurants in saturated oils because it causes some people to get fat and have heart attacks!

No, but people should have warning labels tattooed on their "naughty-bits" when they reach puberty !!

No, sex is a choice, child bearing is a choice. Choosing not to protect oneself from pregnancy is also a choice.
