He committed a federal offence - accessing a computer system without permission - so you can report this as a crime. Once you've done that, you can challenge the admissability of the emails in court.

your questions are really ambiguous. No one can suggest what to do unless you provide more information.
(Who did this? how did they get into your e-mail account? what reason do they want to go to court to "use" them against you? What are the e-mails about? Was the person a family member, a friend, a stranger, law enforcement? --and so on and so on.

If this is a serious question, why not consult with an attorney?

the priority with that query is that it assumes that someone can lead a "solid existence". no longer one man or woman who i understand has led a existence with out falling short of solid. have you ever lied? Ever thieve any element? Ever cheat on a try in college. Ever no longer did the most suitable you need to at a job you had. maximum people would admit that a great number of this stuff are short of being solid. we've a tendency to view are selves as "no longer as undesirable as that man or woman" or " a minimum of we not in any respect killed all of us. Or what ever. once someone admits that they fall short then and easily then can we come to a real repentant state. We choose on a curve God merely perspectives us as responsible or innocuous. we are all responsible and fall short. the real question is what is going to be performed about it.

They need a warrant for evidence from you. Also you can just say it was all made up, since you did not send it so you cannot verify that they were at all yours. It'll just get thrown out.

Oh and it's hearsay if it's forwarded I think.

Since you probably can't prove that you didn't send them, they may be admissible if they pertain to the case.

The answer may depend on who "someone" is. If it is your spouse, then, maybe... if it is your spouse's lawyer, then maybe not.
