I got an mic this weekend and i have to appear in court this week.
the cops didn't breathalize me but on the back of the ticket they wrote: cospte(i dont know that that is suppose to be) of beer
i was not drinking.. and had not been drinking
what do i do?

The Story:
i live in texas and i was at a party.. i ended up spending the night because i was taking care of some drunk people..
we all went to bed around 3 am.
i awake to a cop shining a flashlight in my face around 6:30 am.
there were about 15 other people in the house with me and every one of us got a citation. The cops didn't breathalize anyone.

If you really weren't drinking then go to court, obviously they won't be able to prove it.

depends on what state you're in. In California, they allow you (one time only) to attend AA meetings among some other classes for minor offenders and allow you to plead guilty to a lesser crime (one that won't affect your driving record). The classes aren't cheap, but you get to keep your license.

You can pay the fine and take a hit on your driving record, or hire a GOOD lawyer.
