More often than not, I'm very curtious while I'm driving. I'm the kind of guy that will have a bazillion cars behind me, and if I see that you are attempting to merge into traffic, I'll let you. :) Yesterday wasn't the case. I was having a not so good day. There was this lady trying to merge, she kept looking at me, so I looked away. Then finally she honked her horn which made me more irritated. Finally I caved in and let her merge with the rest of traffic. Afterwards I felt pretty awful because I let a minor thing rattle my nerves. :( But normally I try to be curtious to other drivers. :) Comments?

Are we as a Nation being scared witless to speak up for fear of being dragged to court under the RACE CARD, are people knowingly using this as a weapon and loosing the sympathy vote?

When we empower someone to fight CRIME on ALL OUR behalves and NOT COLOUR, should all law abiding citizens not give them the support they need. After all, who do WE call when burgled, robbed, when involved with a car accident???

At present times what is more sensible choice one can take from following

CORRUPTION :( To remain silent and comply with corrupt and unjust action of a powerful and get work done effortlessly but end up self ashamed.

or

HONESTY :) To protest and refuse to comply with powerful and face delay, bear costs and might get hurt in the process but gain pride and self respect.

JSA claim?
I found out my claim for the dole was sanctioned a while ago. So I made two applications: one for hardship, one for jobseekers. They made no correspondance so after a few weeks I went in to ask them what was going on with the claim.

They turn round to me and have the cheek to say I'm not entitled to anything because I didn't sign on. But they didn't tell me anything about that, instead they sent me a letter saying my rate was going UP! How am I supposed to know when to sign on if I'm making a whole new claim? This stinks, they wrote to me explicitly saying I have money coming in and then they don't pay it. What can I do? Can I take them to court?

My 15 year old son works part time at a funeral home after school. He washes the windows, vacuums, dusts, etc… Yesterday my son another young employee decided to start fooling around and in a moment of non-brilliance, my son got inside one of the showroom coffins. The other boy shuts the top and cranks the air tight seal closed.
From what I understand now, these coffins do not "re-open", once sealed that is it. Anyway between my son scratching, clawing, kicking the inside of the coffin and the boy on the outside using screwdrivers, sledgehammer & crowbar to pry open the coffin it is completely destroyed.
The parlor owner now wants the other boy's parents and myself to pay for this $7,000 coffin. Doesn't the funeral parlor have insurance for such damage? Had they not destroyed the coffin my son would have suffocated in there.

Bush has basicly failed us again and bowed over to the democratic congress regarding this new legislation that is basicly a gay right bill, and now because of the "Don't ask don't tell" policy for gays in the military will be no more and we can have people openly being flamboyant and gay in the military, having boyfriends and snapping towls to the bottoms of Marines while in the showers. Bye bye military, bye bye US superiority, hello brave new world.

Its sad where our country has gone considering wher eit came from.

I was molested as a child and at the time, I lied about the incidences when it happend. I covered up a lot of what really happned because I was so ashamed of what really happened. Anyway, the guy got off and I want to re open the case after reading all the depositions. This time I was to charge him with what he really did so I can move on. I live in a different state now. Where do I begin?

My sister's husband (they're separated, she has custody of their 3 girls) convinced her to file their taxes together since they were together most of the year & he always did their taxes. She found out that he got the check back on 2/16 and has been lying to her when she inquires about it. Her share is over 2 grand for federal alone. She has also learned that he has spent all but $700 of it. (He bought a plasma tv & new tempurpedic bed for him & his new girlfriend, among other things.)

Oh, and she held 3 jobs last year while he worked part time for most of it.....

The man is slime. When he steals from her, he steals from his own kids.

Regardless of the fact that she obviously shouldn't have filed w/ him (too late now) is there any legal recourse for her? Can she get her money from him through legal channels? Any advice on how she should proceed? Thanks!

I have been fostering with the same agency for almost 3 years. I had a 13 month old child on a ventilator for 5 months and a paraplegic 5 year old with some psychiatric issues for 2 and a half years. Over the years I have had issues regarding the lack of assistance in correct reimbursement leveling, and finding resources to help children, as well as lack of placement of children in my home. I had admitted that I may research other foster agencies and switch.
The foster agency called me in the afternoon (a few months later) to tell me they where removing the children to another one of their foster homes because they had concerns about me teaching the 5 year old to catherize himself for urine and that I would receive detailed information in the mail. They told me that they would not liscence me anymore. The children were thriving in my home and making big progress. I don't believe this was in the best interest of the children especially the 5 yr. old since he has trust issues and h

You're alone, in front of a burning building(either you accidentally start the fire or not), a child is trap under some beam and is definately going to die. You have a gun and you can put a bullet in between the eyes of a flea 90 yard away(i.e. instantaneous death/humane put down with no pain to a person if you chose to do so). Do you put the child out of his misery, or not? (no repercussion from the law, whatsoever.)

(I wouldn't, life is suffering, and the child haven't suffer enough)
