How come the CIA were following her every move prior to the crash? and they will not release details of why she was under surveillance.....al Fayad is appealing to get the official enquiry re-opened, do you think they will uncover a plot to murder her?

If there ever was a conspiracy then they will never find it. Look at the JFK assination. 30+ year and all we know if the acused assine was killed himself. After Princess Diana's death there should have been thing done differently and it is really strange that the CIA had an assaination attempt plan for a political leader almost identical to the way Princess Diana died. So I can see why people think that this is all big conspiracy. The truth is we will never know for sure. Based on the evidence given to us she was an unfortunate victum of a drunk driving accident and she didn't have her seat belt on. It does't matter how many time a case is reopened we will never find out anything we don't already now.

No, I think the driver was drunk, that he was driving fast in order to avoid paparazzi, and that she would still be alive, had she fastened her seatbelt.
