Independent studies and reviews conducted in the U.S. and by foreign governments have confirmed that trace THC found in the increasingly popular hemp foods cannot cause psychoactivity or any other health effects, nor result in a confirmed positive urine test for marijuana, even when unrealistically high amounts of hemp seed and oil are consumed daily.
Here's an article with more information than you'd ever want to know:

You can not test positive for cannabis without getting high on it. Furthermore, the amount of THC contained in a *hemp* seed is virtually zero - fully developed hemp plants contain only trace amounts of THC; the seeds themselves contain even less. Rest easy.
Edit: ignore all the people who will post telling you that poppy seeds can cause you to fail a test for opium. Not only is that irrelevant to the discussion about THC, it's also a myth itself.

No, because the drugs test is for levels of THC (the stuff that makes you stoned) in your bloodstream, and because the products you have been consuming do not contain any credible trace of THC, then you will be fine.

because the drug tests only have a 99,999% accuracy you have, by law, the right to dispute the first drug test results, and take another. it happened to me. tell the court that you dont agree with the test results and you want a retest. also, there has been tests to the poppy seed theory. four people, two boys, two girls were given a drug test. all four passed. they were then taken to another clinic for another drug test, but on the way, one of the boys and one of the girls ate poppy seed bagels. in the second drug test, (which occured directly after the first) the two who had eaten the poppy seed bage had tested positive for opiates. i think it was on mythbusters,

Does Wal-Mart sell hemp food? I have bought sunflower seeds there, I would assume the hemp seeds would be in the same area, could be wrong though.

They would be testing for THC, so if it is THC free I would say you were okay.
