Two men have been charged with murdering my husband. They are still yet to be sentenced, but once they are I am curious as to whether or not they will have to sit out the whole sentence or if they will be able to be released early because of good behavior. I have been told that they will be able with good behavior to be released early, but I have also been told that with felony murder charges they will not be able to be released early.

I just want to cover my butt against idiots but it's hard thinking up stuff that someone with the brain of an eggplant would think of using the product for. So far I have covered the basics such as "Do not insert into any orifice", "Do not use as a boomerang", "Do not use as a weapon", "Keep it away from open flames", "Do not use it as a floating device", "Do not eat", "Do not use as a replacement for a pacemaker". I'm still thinking, any help, there are too many idiots out there and I don't want to get sued for their dumb butts doing something stupid.

Can you get what you have been assigned changed. I got to do mine on a work crew close to the place where I started a new job. I don't think it would be great for them to see me doing that out front so wondering would they normally let you do your hours somewhere else?

as with so many of bush's appointees. gonzales seems to have not been ready for his position in the cabinet. if it turns out that he lied, or was involved in the firing of the 8 prosecutors for political reasons, such as seeking to prosecute cases that the white house didn't want prosecuted, should he be fired, or given the opportunity to resign?

She said he gave her the alcohol, however, this was weeks after the "incident" and the cops did not observe her intoxicated. After we went through her room, we found MANY empty bottles of alcohol, some cans of beer that were from our refrigerator, some that were not. We did not willingly give her alcohol, she sneaked it. What we do have proof of is her smoking cigarettes, she is underage and is getting the cigarettes from her boyfriend who works at a smoker store. First off, isn't it her word against ours? Second, if we were her guardians and she was in our house, isn't this a private matter? Third, why didn't they arrest her for underage drinking? One other thing, we also found marijuana paraphernalia in her room. She alleged the same thing about our neighbors, I sought a restraining order, then she revoked her claim. However, under oath, she did say at that time, they neither of us have EVER given her alcohol or drugs. Any thoughts?

My sister just found out that her husband has been cleaning out her bank account writing checks. He isn't on her account, so he shouldn't be able to write checks, but the bank has been letting them go through. She just got paid and he took her whole paycheck. She has a three year old and a one year old child. She goes to work, comes home and takes care of the kids. She also buys everything.

I am all for the CSA flag and I think that those who are trying to shut it down are trying to shut our heritage down. Not once have I had some one actually back why they found the confederate flag offensive, and the ones that have have been proven wrong. If you find the confederate flag rasist, Why? It doesn't stand for slavery. The CSA didn't fight the union to keep slavery, they were fighting to keep their gov't. The union would have kept it if they could Abe Lincoln said to Horace Greeley,"If I could save the union without freeing any slave, I would do it." The US flag flew over slavery 70 years before the CSA flag ever existed. And which flag flew over ships bring slaves to America? I can assure you it was not the CSA. It get better; CSA freed their slaves in 1863 the union didn't untill they had to in 1868 with the passage of the 13th amendment. The confederate flag stands for a proud military heritage, States rights, and a non-centralist form of gov't.
