Universal debt gives the right to any creditor, to alert the credit bureaus that you have paid just 1 minute late. (Some creditors post a time one your credit card statement ex.citibank)
This starts Credit Card Hell.
The credit bureaus then alert all your creditors you were late.
The creditors at their own discretion change their agreement with you by:
1. reducing the time you have to make payment.
2. reducing your available credit to the amount you currently owe.
3. increasing your late payment fee.
4. increasing your over the limit fee.
5. increasing your interest rate.
6. add late fee to your new available balance pushing balance over the limit.
7. add the over the limit fee.
8. charge the higher interest rate to the new balance and fees.
Yes, fees, credit card lenders have th right to charge interest on fees.
This is Universal Debt = Credit Card Hell and now you really know what happened to you.

My company signed a three-year lease/option contract for a building that was owned by a widowed women. But before we could initiate the option to buy she died one year later. Her only daughter later on inherited all her assets and told us we must signed and negotiate a new contract. Do we have to negotiate a new contract or do she have to honor the contract that we had singed with her mother before she died?

in a multiethnic society, the two main ethnicities each make up 40% of the popn. , and immigrant groups make the remaining 20%. there was a tension between the 2main ethnicities, 1 of the groups were in power, but those who were guilty, were not removed from office. then again 2 years later a massacre happens again. out of 200k people, 40k are dead or injured, and 20k people are suspected of engaging in violence. there is no really a judiciary system in that country( since 20% of employ. re missing or dead, and 10% of employess are suspects of engaging in violence. according to this story how do you think this crisis should be solved: using a truth and reconciliation comission, domestic trials , or an international tribuaal, and why?

I am not advocating the recall of all those in the house and senate who voted for the inclusion of a timetable, just those who sold their votes for special interest earmarks (pork). It seems to me illogical that if one believes placing a timetable restriction on troop funding is dangerous, then how does the insertion of an earmark in any way make it less dangerous? If we make the natural presumption that national security were outweighed by political favor, then it would seem to me that a recall based on at most; violation of oath of office or at minimum dereliction of duty would be in order. Since most states allow recall under these conditions, do you think this should be pursued?

Why is it when you post a question about the CSA and are male that people automatically think that you are to blame and trying to avoid supporting your child? The fact that i have supported my child fully and exceeded the amount payable by the CSA by 10 times i am still liable to repay benefits that my ex partner claimed. Even though she does not want the CSA to get involved as the support i have given her is far greater than any state benefit.

Can anyone recommend a good paralegal that can create contracts for my corporation in CA? I need some semi-complicated forms and contracts by Aug.I have notes on what I need them to say, but not being a lawyer, I need someone to make them legally binding. How do you charge for this service, and if my lawyer goes over them and needs to small make changes, will you charge me an additional cost?

I have never used a paralegal before but I understand it is less expensive than going directly to a corperate lawyer. Tips from those who have used one before are also appreciated!

For example: Let's say an individual is not a key witness, knows nothing about the crime committed by the person being prosecuted, only spent time with them and have seen their handwriting. When the person asks to be allowed to submit a sworn statement to avoid going to the trial, the prosecution attorney says "You will go to the trial if you know what is best for you." and " If you don't want any trouble, you will attend the trial." I was scared, so I went to the trial.

Is this allowed? I submitted a complaint against this prosecutor, but now I am afraid. I mean, if he threatened me then, won't he be pissed now that I complained against him and wrote a sworn statement to the state bar about his conduct?
