I know that new members of staff are being paid more than most of us. What right do we have as existing staff

New employee recieves £5000 pa more than experienced staff who are trained to do the same job. What legal right if any do we have to have an increase?

None what so ever.
In fact one of the employee rules in your handbook is
not to discuss your pay scale, for that reason
By all rights you have given them grounds for termination by talking about it.

Do you have a union.go to the citizens advice centre and find out your Rights because there is some thing wrong here.
