sure. all you need is a publisher willing to put it into print! that is the hard part. writing a book is easy, getting it published is another matter. only those books which a publisher has ionterewst in will be published by him. it may take a long time to find one, depending on the book's material and worthiness, not to mention sellablity.
costs of publishing require it to have a fair to high degree of marketability before a book is considered for publication. the best way is to contact an agent and see what the market is for different kinds of books and subject matter.

Are you going to write in English? I think all that you'd need is a publisher, who circulates (or can circulate) or publishes (can publish) in the U.S.
