I want to wear my shirt off on hot days, just like a man does..I tried to search the net, but found nothing.

Is it against the law for a woman to go topfree (in Ohio)?

Funny, the law defined "nudity" but not "private parts." I think you could possibly get away with it!

CHAPTER 2907: SEX OFFENSES
2907.01 Sex offenses general definitions.
As used
(H) “Nudity” means the showing, representation, or depiction of human male or female genitals, pubic area, or buttocks with less than a full, opaque covering, or of a female breast with less than a full, opaque covering of any portion thereof below the top of the nipple, or of covered male genitals in a discernibly turgid state.

2907.09 Public indecency.
(A) No person shall recklessly do any of the following, under circumstances in which the person’s conduct is likely to be viewed by and affront others who are in the person’s physical proximity and who are not members of the person’s household:

(1) Expose his or her private parts;

....

(C)(1) Whoever violates this section is guilty of public indecency and shall be punished as provided in divisions (C)(2), (3), (4), and (5) of this section.

that is criminal in many locations, the challenge is that girls people do no longer desire to be topless in public multiple the time in multiple the locations. They whined approximately no longer with the ability to be topless at public swimming pools in Sweden, so while it became allowed, no women people went topless. the only place one truly sees women people topless everywhere is at nude or semi-nude seashores besides.

Next thing you know topless women will be offended by men gawking at them.LOL

God I hope their is no horrible law like that. But when you have 80 yr old men making policy for you there very well could be.

I think going topless in public is against the law in any state. But I could be wrong.
