What I don't get is if polygamy is illegal then wouldn't every other marriage other then the first one be invalid? Therefore technically the others wouldn't be legal marriages anyway. So how could they charge you with the crime of polygamy if you were only legally married to one person?

My friends and I all went to a lake here in Arizona that we have been going to for the last fifteen years or so. When we arrived we all went to pay the $6 parking fee like we always do except the machine that takes the money and issues the voucher stub had been removed. No sign, no one to ask, just gone. So I look around, no one has a voucher on their vehicles either, so I'm left to assume they don't want my money, right?
Imagine my surprise when I find a $56 ticket on my car and everyone else's (more for the vehicles pulling trailers). We all felt like we were set up. When I asked the Forest Service people about it, they were really snotty and pointed to an obscure sign at a Different ramp saying that passes were now only available in town 20+ miles away! Their attitude was pay it or waste your time in court and then pay it. Meanwhile this organization is running a scam that must be cleaning up. Anything we can do?

Recently, I listed a GENUINE Item on Ebay only for them to remove the lising because they deemed it counterfeit! Like I said, it was in fact a real item, not a replica of a name brand. They said that another ebayer reported the item! To me this is totally unfair because that other ebayer could be looking to eliminate their competition! AND when I emailed their customer support regarding the removal, I got a crappy canned answer saying why counterfeit items are not allowed!!! ARRGHHH!!!! Ebay SUCKS! Any suggestions??? Experiences with this very issue??? How did you resolve? Thanks!

Turner Broadcasting Systems and a marketing company have agreed to pay $2 million compensation and apologize for their advertising campaign that caused a widespread terrorism scare
$1 million will be used to reimburse the agencies and $1 million will be used to fund homeland security.
The signs also appeared in nine other U.S. cities but created little interest. Indeed I'll bet most were stolen by teenaged boys. Was it really "reasonable and appropriate for citizens and law enforcement officials" to go into a paranoid frenzy over a few signs? And is it "appropriate" to pay these people for ineptitude? These things are obviously no threat. And don't get me started on giving a million bucks to homeland security over this event.
Is it appropriate to charge two young guys with planting a "hoax device"? With disorderly conduct? What hoax? How could any reasonable person imagine the bizarre results of hanging these signs?

What is the procedure when a person who have committed a murder turns himself in?
Is he taken in to custody and questioned ?
Does his attorney have to be present and if his statement is voluntary and his rights have not been read to him does he get off?
Is he charged then and can he get off on bell?
What is the longest time that a person can wait for a murder trial?
I am writing a book and i need a few details please!

I am just wondering if i can sue my ex husband, my sister loan him this money while we were still married, but I already told him that this is a loan, and he agree with it, he promise me he would return, After 2 years, we were divorced, I asked him to return the loan for me, he wrote back to me from email couple times told me that he will returning the money to me, but which he never did, so if i have the copy of those emails, is that consider a prove and evidence even he never wrote a promisary notes? The loan is $2700 from my sister plus a veichle $1000 which the title sitll on his name, but i also have prove of the email he send to me that he also owe me the veichle, and he will change the title to my name, will this consider consider prove and evidence? or the veichle name still under his name, so that won't consider a gift to me? if i can prove that he promise to change the title to my name because it was a gift from him, will i win?

Do you think an employee of the Education Department (IT) who continually works (4 years) in an unsafe and arogant manner and performs substandard work be sacked. Should the Dept be accountable and liable for not following through with disciplanary action for such behaviour even after reports have been made regarding the work and safety standards??

I have had to resign my position due to concern for the safety of myself, collegues and students have gone ignored.

The gun went off and the bullet hit the mans ex-girlfriend's handbag and dress. The man who was not injured, said that he had no fear during the experience. Was the ex-boyfriend guilty of assault and battery against his ex-girlfriend and the man she was with? WHY?
