probably just in front of the judge since that is a misdemeanor - however if your 21 year old friend keeps saying he is innocent, he and his lawyer can take it in front of a jury. sounds pretty cut and dry though, just be honest with the judge unless you want to be charged with comtempt. and they will charge you if you try to cover for him.

if it is in sessions court it will be the judge, your friend, his lawyer, you, and the district attorney (prosecution) and whoever else is in the audience or waiting for thier hearing.

Depends on the DA. Also you need a good lawyer. They can charge you with several things based on what you testify. Best thing to do is get lawyer, otherwise tell the judge you are afraid of the DA and plead the 5th amendment to all questions.

Several years ago I had friends go through this same process. Chances are you will actually be with your buddy, yours/his lawyer, a judge, the prosecuting attorney, and about fifty people waiting to go through the same thing.
If your friend appeals the decision, pleads innocent, or if you do the same, your next court date will likely be a private meeting between a judge, the lawyers, and you and your friend.

That depends on whether a trial by jury was waived by him, through his lawyer. He should ask his lawyer if there will be a jury or a judge tried case.

Itll be a jury trial. These are the boring court cases that you get jury duty for. Who called you as a witness ? The State or him ?

Because you're a juvenile...most likely just you and the judge and any other witnesses.

Contributing to the delinquencies of a minor is a case normally held in District Court.

Best wishes!

your probably a witness testifying against him, unless in your country its illegall to drink under age.If it's the first hearing then he'll be entering a plea of either guilty, not guilty or no contest.N it will go from there.he might get the electric chair!!!!!
