Recently, I listed a GENUINE Item on Ebay only for them to remove the lising because they deemed it counterfeit! Like I said, it was in fact a real item, not a replica of a name brand. They said that another ebayer reported the item! To me this is totally unfair because that other ebayer could be looking to eliminate their competition! AND when I emailed their customer support regarding the removal, I got a crappy canned answer saying why counterfeit items are not allowed!!! ARRGHHH!!!! Ebay SUCKS! Any suggestions??? Experiences with this very issue??? How did you resolve? Thanks!

I totally understand your gripe. I have been there my self. I was a powerseller on eBay selling thousands per week. And ebay removed a few of my AUTHENTIC listings.
Then out of no where, eBay suspended me permanently because I was linked to some old 4 year old account. They truly suck really bad. And when they remove your item they still expect you to pay the listing fee. I have paid eBay so much money and they treated me like that. That is so unfair. What is even more unfair is that they don't even allow you to buy once you have been suspended. And they can sue you if you keep trying to have a membership after you have been suspended. It is so funny to me that you can look on eBay today and they will remove your authentic listing and yet there are so many blatent fakes on there. I don't quite understand the logic behind it. And after emailing them thousands of times you get some generic reply.

I started selling on sell.com and overstock. But it seems as though selling on overstock is the same regarding listing removal. I sell authentic merchandise. Replicas have ruined it for honest sellers. People no longer know what is real and what is fake.

I found a site called REDDMARK as I was searching around on craigs list. They are relatively new. This site specailizes in Luxury Authentic Goods such as handbags, shoes, clothing, jewelry, even electronics. I am giving them a try. I haven't had any listings removed. Their customer service is excellent and they even offer new sellers a $10 credit to try them out. I emailed them when my credit ran out and they allowed me to sell on there until something sold. Then I would have a final value fee. It is worth a try.

Hi, this has happen to me before and ebay will not listen to you so forget about contacting them, and yes it is another or other sellers that get the shits and report a simular item...sucks that ebay takes the word of someone who has nothing better to do but knock out any competition (selfish lil rats) they are, i mean there is enough buyers out there for everyone to sell and make a profit. dont even try to relist or open a new account because ebay will be on to it as soon as you click that button. There is nothing you can do,Ebay will just keep sending the same email.I dont know how they can take the word from someone that you have listed a fake, i mean how can they tell from a picture, unless its like half of the ,or should i say all of the Louis vuitton items that are obviously fake, hang tags, plastic on the handles!!These still manage to get sold without a problem.and those with bags and fake reciepts!!Ebay shits me as they make up the rules as they go.Try another good auction site called Trademe in NZ . Ebay SUCKS!! good luck

If you list again, give proof that it is not counterfeit. Start with a price that is reasonable percentage for its true value.

There is a problem resolution organization on Ebay that will solve your problem for money. Check complaint resolution.

e-bay is not the know-all, end-all. Sell it elsewhere.
