I recorded (from Wisconsin) a hostile conversation with a Verizon Wireless (company based out of New York) employee located at an Illinois call center. At the beginning of the call, I gave notice that we were speaking on a recorded line.

The Verizon Wireless employee made it very clear that I did not have permission to publish the conversation, but I want to publish it anyway so the public knows how crappy they are. I don't believe I need their permission to publish anything. They continued to speak knowing the line was recorded. Can I go ahead and publish it?

We are at the beginning of a long court case. I've been reading up on proper attire for women in the court room. I was surprised to read from several sources that wearing pants in the courtroom is very against tradition and can provoke a negative reaction from the judge. How heavy is this tradition still? I know that in most cases women can wear pants, but should I? Would it be in my best interest to invest in a couple of skirt suits? I want to leave the best impression possible.

I was reported yesterday for a tos violation. I'm unable to rewrite my statement. But the gist of it was that when people break our laws that makes them criminals and we shouldn't cater to them when it comes to language. I was unaware that truth had become hate speech simply because it was not politically correct. How do you define hate speech and am I guilty.
