People of greed RUIN everything... even the BEST ideas... A government for the people, by the people...
Yeah right.
proof:
Profit rules.

Truth be told? If you read ANY type of political or historical books, whether they are recent OR from civil war days... or even back in the days of Micheal Angelo~ YOU will see and be reminded THAT MONEY really IS THE ROOT OF ALL EVIL~ its not just a cute saying . IT is fact .
GREED has been around for EVER... SELF gain has ALWAYS led people to do wrong even if it COSTS OTHERS THEIR LIVES.
The government protects THE RIGHTS OF THE RICH TO GET RICHER>

Like the distraction and WASTE of MONEY caused by what I call the anti-smokERS campaign->

"THE GEART AMERICAN SMOKE SCREEN"

The anti-smokERS campaign is JUST a farce to keep us from going after the MONEY MAKING giants and politicians that profit from selling us chemicals in our
food supply ,air, water, oj, milk,candy... you name it.

I will add more details in one minute:

I have a friend who has been accused of sexual harrassment. He believes that he has been falsly accused. He works at a national chain home improvement store. So far, he has been interviewed and told of the accusations, he made a statement, but his HR director told him not to discuss this matter with anybody or he would be terminated immediatly.

So here is the question part- They won't tell him who has accused him while the investigation is ongoing. Is there a way that he can find out? Will he find out when the matter is settled? If he is terminated do they have to give him any specifics?
I guess the basic question I'm asking is- does a person who is accused of sexual harrassment have any rights?

I see horrible people on the television. Murderers, rapists, child molesters, I am a man that believes that society in whole should believe in the effort of preserving life, but these jerkheads are roaming the streets, and you can't tell me, that not even once, you've never thought, "Someone should just kill that guy." What are your thoughts?

If you were offered $10,000,000 to testify in Court, under a request by the Crown Attorney and Police to fabricate evidence that would put a known innocent person in jail for life, for the purposes of enabling Police and the Crown to "close" a case, would you do it? Remember, only TRUTHFUL answers, please.

In December of 2003 my husband went out drinking with his friends in his brand new car. He got into a pretty serious accident and left the scene. He was initially charged in 2004 of failing to remain at the accident and careless driving. He was convicted of failing to remain and an illegal lane change when all was said and done. He then went on to sue his insurance company for failing to pay his claim(rightfully so) and now he lost in small claims court and is blaming the court systems and the insurance company. He wrecked his own car by drinking and driving and i am soooo glad he lost in court but he feels he was shafted and is now looking to file an appeal. I think he was wrong and the insurance company shouldn't have paid his claim, but he feels differently. Do you think that i am right for thinking this and for not supporting my husband through all of this?

I have received 5 or 6 text messages in the last two weeks. They were unsolicited and I did not reply. However, I discovered today that I was charged £1.50 for each text SENT to me. I have sent the "stop" message to them but I want my money back. I have emailed them to informthem of the situation and that I want a refund, and that I have requested itemised billing for each text message from my mobile phone services provider. Does anyone know which law this kind of thing would come under so that I can quote it to back up my argument and claim?!

15 years ago my brother was on his way to work when he was struck by a stray bullet during a drive by. The killer was eventually caught due to "America's Most Wanted". However because he was masked the prosecution only had the accomplice who drove, to testify against this guy and he would only do it if he was given a shorter sentence. my family wouldn't agree to this so the driver served all 8 years and the triggerman was convicted for other murders he had committed. The thing is because there was no trial I never got the chance to see him or give a victim impact statement. I would like the chance to say somethings to this man and ultimately put the past behind me. I don't know what prison he is in but I do know his full name. How can I get contact information?

In california. I'm 17, I had one previous ticket from about 8 months ago that I went to traffic school for. Can I request traffic school again? Also, the Highway patrol put on the ticket I'm "Hispanic" and he didn't even ask me. It says nowhere on my license, or other papers I'm hispanic. I am, in fact, half, but half white also. I don't resemble a hispanic origin, and it's nearly always unobvious, but I guess he assumed or something, is there anything I can do about that? I am legally identified as a caucasion male, I have a light tan, but my hispanic side isn't obvious at all by any means. What are my chances of fighting the ticket on grounds of profiling?
