If you were offered $10,000,000 to testify in Court, under a request by the Crown Attorney and Police to fabricate evidence that would put a known innocent person in jail for life, for the purposes of enabling Police and the Crown to "close" a case, would you do it? Remember, only TRUTHFUL answers, please.

No. truthfully.
I couldn't continue living my life knowing that I ruined someone elses by putting them in jail for the rest of their life. I couldn't spend or enjoy any of that $10,000,000 because I'd feel guilty every time I thought about it. And if anyone ever found out, I wouldn't be a lawyer anymore. granted I'd have enough money that it wouldn't matter if i had a job. but that's so wrong. no, i couldn't do that regardless of the money. And I'd probably turn them in for doing that and offering me the money because they shouldn't be allowed to just put people in jail like that. It's called a justice system for a reason.

I can honestly say that it would be tempting. However, all the money in the world doesn't buy your integrity or the ability to face yourself in the mirror each day.
Cases are closed every day just as they also go unresolved. To know that I was putting an innocent person in jail for life for monetary gains is a crime in itself. Not to mention morally wrong.

This is actually a hard question, I would most likely think about it, that is alot of money and it would be nice to not have to work. But knowing myself I wouldnt be able to convict a innocent person in jail I would feel way too gulity. So I would be very tempted but I wouldnt do it.

I like to think that I would not do it.
I have risked my profession, property, and person for what I believe several times in my life, and I know that harming another person that much isn't worth any amount of money.
I also knew a kid who was shot in the head just for his wristwatch and for living on a certain block. I also know what happened to the guy that shot him, at the hands of his own homeboys, so, no, I wouldn't do it.
If I had reason to believe that what they wanted me to say was true, I would say that i believed it was true, but if I did not KNOW it to be true, then I wouldn't say I did.

Not if I knew that the person was innocent. For someone guilty - I think I would do it.

No, I wouldn't. (1) Thou shalt not lie. (2) I couldn't do that to an innocent person.
