Can anyone think of a street crime which would be considered fraud?

By this I mean that the party that is injured is a regular ordinary person, not the government or a company, such as an insurance company.

Fraud is when you either misrepresent yourself or something you are selling. A very common form of fraud that you see on the streets are beggars. Not all of them but some of them make up bizarre stories to beg for money... then they use that money for other reasons than what they asked for it.
