15 years ago my brother was on his way to work when he was struck by a stray bullet during a drive by. The killer was eventually caught due to "America's Most Wanted". However because he was masked the prosecution only had the accomplice who drove, to testify against this guy and he would only do it if he was given a shorter sentence. my family wouldn't agree to this so the driver served all 8 years and the triggerman was convicted for other murders he had committed. The thing is because there was no trial I never got the chance to see him or give a victim impact statement. I would like the chance to say somethings to this man and ultimately put the past behind me. I don't know what prison he is in but I do know his full name. How can I get contact information?

Usually states have a main Department of Corrections webpage that gives you a database with all the prisoners in that state. If I was you I would google: "your state" Department of Corrections. Then there should be an "inmate search" option on the site if it is the legitimite site. They will probably have a picture so beware
