i am sitting right next to the assistant controller and his new secretary. she is actually an office administrator. he said "are you my new SEXetary? is this sexual harassment? she went down to hr and complained. they are not speaking right now. can she sue? he seemed to be joking in a creepy way. she flew off her chair and became serious about the incident?

Yes she can cause allot of trouble w, that one. Should have let her get to know him a little better before he started talking like that.
