i want to know if stunguns are legal for the public to use in scotland

I don't know about Scotland, or the rest of Britain, I would imaging that if someone broke into your house and you used it on them, then you'd be within your rights to defend yourself, out in public place's well I'm sure they would be class as an offencive weapon, and you could be charged with carrying it.

Stunguns are illegal throughout the whole of the U.K.

They should be, as most Scots could do with a good stunning now and again.
