I know I have asked this question before, but I really need some good advice.

On Feb 2nd, 2007 I was hit by a drunk driver.

Details:

My boyfriend and I (I was driving) was sitting at a red light waiting to make a right turn. It was around 11:30pm at night. (We were on our way home from work) While sitting at the light a lady driving a 1995 Chrysler Concord came off an access road from the main highway and hit me in the back quarter panel. (Drivers side, right where my gas tank is). There was a witness who had been following her for a few miles trying to get her plate number so he could report her to the cop, because she had been weaving in and out of the lane. He saw the whole accident. She never once hit her breaks. My car (1994 Toyota corolla) was a total loss. I did not go by ambulance to the hospital, but went on my own within an hour of the accident. Nothing major happened, a few cuts and bruises. My back is still in pain though, as well as my neck.

I lost my purse at a restaurant very close to my house, along with ID (with my address), all the keys to my house, and car keys to the car which is parked right outside the house. Someone suggested that I should file a report to the police. However, I'm concerned whether I would be able to file a claim with my insurance company if anything was stolen since I'm liable for it.

If someone was to copy a dvd movie player onto their own dvd recorder, without ever distributing it or selling it to others. It is primarily for their own personal use. Isn't that still considered copyright infringement?? or am i just confused, b/c the way i think of it is that ur still doing it illegally, and getting the benefit of the doubt without actually paying for it. Any kind of help will be much appreciated. Thank you.

Silvestro's restaurant in FL hosts a dinner for someone charged with attempted murder. Isn't there something terribly wrong with a society that finds it acceptable to honor criminals and not the victims?

The man keeps ignoring the wishes of the American people, of course he was not elected by a majority of the American people.

He was appointed by the nuttiest Supreme Court ever.

Why don't the American people have a voice in government under this president?

Is this the same sort of Democracy he is shoving down other nation's throats, wanted or not?

and the court orders you to pay a certain amount every month until it's paid off, and for what ever reason, you quit paying, what happens? Do they put a warrant out for your arrest, or do they just make you go back to court, or what? I have a relative that this is happening to and he doesn't seem to think it's a big deal. He's had some financial struggles which is why he isn't paying, but he won't notify the court or anything and I'm very concerned because I don't want to see him end up in jail.

When Rosa Parks refused to give up her seat to a white man, She broke the law and due process took place. Martin Luther King Jr. also broke the law and was rewarded with a statue also. I am Indian and my people are still captive and no statue or holiday honors my ancestors. Why don't we have a Chief Joseph Day or a Sitting Bull Day or even a Crazy Horse Day. We are the forgotten people but we are far more nobel then Rosa Parks.

8 years my parents have been divorced. He is a jerk and thinks he owes us nothing since my mother left him. He was ordered to pay child support and never has. He owes I think 18,000 in back child support. I am now 20 and my brother is 17, will be 18 this year. My mom is going to court today for the child support and my dad says he is going to strip her of everything. What are the chances of my dad winning this and can my brother or I take our dad to court to either get the money for my mom or to at least help her? My dad is an awful man, he's had the money and never wanted to pay...he's 60 now and never worked for someone, only himself.
