I had to do a simiar thing when my parents moved house. It was related to the solictors and being over 18, really to express the fact that I had "no interest" in the property. Should they fail to pay the mortgage and they were to be evicted I would go with them and not be able to stake a claim on the property.
However, if you're not sure I would maybe speak to your daughter just to clarify what exactly you're signing your name to.... All the best.

Are you living with your son in his property? If so he is charging it to the bank or mortgage company and needs the permission of all occupants. I am guessing your question so this may not be the right answer

cause he wants to learn the hard way unless he or you own the property then he might want to sell it and make some money.
if you are on the title then stay on the title cause then you have to have a say in the matter.
just don't sign it it you talk to a legal in the matter ask an official.

if u already signed the document, get it back quick and take a second look and confer with a person whom u trust and try to consult a legal mind. if u r still in the stage of signing it - beware. read it again and follow what i said. god bless!

I'm sorry but I don't quite understand your question.
My advice is: NEVER sign anything if you can't sit down and read it thoroughly.. especially the small print. If you don't understand something .. get LEGAL advice. Don't rush to sign nothing !!!
