Bush doesn't care now, nor has he ever cared about what the American public think. He's made that blatantly obvious with his actions regarding not on the 'war' but tons of other issues as well.
I agree about his not being elected by the majority of Americans. A complete overhaul of our electoral system, whereby the peoples vote, not that of the "electoral college," is what matters. If that changes, there may be more cause for a president to think about what his country wants.
This one is a spoiled little brat used to getting his way. My mantra..."less than 2 years, less than 2 years..."

First of all, the President is not elected by "popular" vote, but by "electoral" votes. Second of all, the Supreme Court did not "appoint" President Bush. I respect your opinion about President Bush's presidency and all that it entails, but you really should truly understand how our political system works before you go around making such accusations.
You are, however, correct about President Bush's approval rating it is lower than any President since Jimmy Carter. It should be noted that the only President with a "high" approval rating during war time was FDR. Modern Americans are not quite as patriotic as those of the "Greatest Generation" and thus the Presidential approval rating does suffer during war time. However, it is funny that President Bush has the highest approval rating of any President in history in late 2001-early 2002. Maybe Americans have become bandwagoners.

Oh, get with reality for a change. He was elected fair and square, not selected or appointed by the Supreme Court. This is a terrible falsehood that has been maintained by people who prefer comfortable lies to the truth. By any objective observation of the election, Bush won. He even won the recounts.
As for a voice, we the people elected him president twice. That seems like we gave him the green light to continue with his leadership. He is doing what he, and many Americans, believe is the right thing to do. Just because the fickle public has changed their minds, perhaps based on being bombarded with leftist propaganda from Big Media, does not mean he should change his mind.
To believe a president should shift policy based on shifting public opinion is silly at best.

You're a fool. All you can preach is "selected, not elected" because you can't accept the fact that there are more conservatives than liberals- AND Bush was elected TWICE. It just happens to be that the liberals have the mainstream media and they control a large amount of the polling data. How much truth do you get from that? NONE. We aren't "shoving" democracy down unwanted throats- EVERYONE deserves to be free, not just you and your uneducated self. Do you really think that we are the only ones who deserve freedom? If so, you really are a fool.

Bush has what is called little boy's disease.
Have you ever tried to tell a little boy he couldn't have something and watch how he systematically will go against the grain on everything you deny him, simply because you denied him? Well that's Bush, he gets caught up in the game of proving to you and I that he is the DECIDER and that blinds him from making sound judgments. The more the American people protest against him, actually the more he is going to go against the wishes of the American people out of spite.
Remember when he tried to give our ports away to the UAE and Americans wen t crazy? He actually got very upset with the American people for denying him the right to sell our ports to the enemy. He went as far as saying he was going to veto any bill against it. It took his own party to talk him down, like a little kid, to realise that he was infact starting a war with his own people.
Bush was never for the people of the U.S., he lost siight of that years ago.

First of all, you are wrong HE WAS ELECTED by the majority of the people... hence the term election.... that's when people go to the poll and vote for who they want to be elected. He only has about a year and a half in office and my suggestion to you is for you to be the first in line to cast your vote since you seem to have a problem with who is office right now. Did you even vote at the last election, if you did not, then you need not say a word about what Bush is doing!!!!

Congress isn't doing much better than Bush with their approval rating 58% of the American people disapprove of the job they're doing.
I think that if 50% of the people disapprove of what you are doing obviously you are doing something wrong. Looks like our government, congress included, just can't make everybody happy all the time.

Sour grapes to you. Stop focusing on President Bush being the problem. He is the current seating president so get over it. You voted for the Dem's who are now in control of congress what are they doing for your cause? None binding resolution what the heck! I don't think that was the platform they were all running on for the last election now was it? Wheres the CHANGE that they promised you? President Bush is doing what he said he would do when he ran for reelection in '04. Kicking *** over there so we don't have to do over here. Your hot under the collar because you got played into electing liars. HA HA!

Nope, he is too stubborn. His agenda does not allow him to deviate. What would Skull and Bones say or the Illuminati?
He is doing what his puppeteers tell him to do. Bush is controlled by the afore mentioned along with Cheney and Rove.
