The bigger the attorneys firm is not necessarily the best!

Because you've indicated you have a limited income..."buying big" will be difficult. Although some would say court appointed attorneys are no good...that's not exactly the truth. They are more familiar with the court they provide their service to and additionally the court appointed attorney is an "additional" job to assist those in need. They are just as good as any other attorney or else they wouldn't be appointed by the court!!

You are EXACTLY correct!

Your local state bar can provide you with firms that deal specifically with the matters you need addressed. The second is to ask your friends or business associates of whom they might recommend.

One way that may seem strange to you is to ask your own family attorney. The matter may be routine to them and, if not, they often recommend another firm who specializes in the area of law wherein your concern lies.

Good luck!
