I hate them people, you ring up wait ages and if you lucky enough to get through they don't have a clue, you speck to someone else and get told something completely different.
You cant mess people around like they do, something has to be done

do you have proof you was given wrong information, if not sorry not much you can do, speak the fraud officer & explain you was only doing wat was asked of you
as for "im2jadedo" i'm 1 of those people you hate, not much fun for me either having to listen to you swear all day long for something thats out of my control
if the government hadn't decided to cut staff by 30,000 maybe then we'd have staff to process your claim or answer the phone when you rang instead of it being engaged, we've all gotta live with it
if you ask the people who work in local benefits office or jobcentre they want to help but its just not possible all the time everytime

Nope. But you shouldnt do anything anyone tells you wihtout them putting it in writing first, then you wont get into these problems
