I was subjected to a racisme behaviour and comment from a post office employee, to make the story short we had an argument about the postage used o ship y package where she was wrong, he argument end up by her askng me to never come back to the post office and to go back to my country. I want to know how can address this issue, because I don't want this incident to go unoticed and the employee only gets a slap on the hands, The bad part is that she repressents the government!!!!!

walked out on him some years ago prior to his passing away. It's quite a sum and the will is obviously rather old. My brothers and I are concerned because we feel that it would not be right that she inherit this due to the nature of them falling out. What can we do? contesting it will be not only lengthy but costly too. As his next of kin, we feel that we should be entitled to this part of his estate instead of someone he had not seen for so long a time, and considering the circumstances, we also feel that it would be wholly inappropriate. The bank that held the will say that this is what the will states, but having looked at it ourselves, it really doesn't look that way to us. We're UK based, so any advice thereon would be really appreciated, Thanks.

After hearing about Karla Homolka having a baby, and enjoying life while her victems parents still suffer over the loss of their children, it makes me think that this criminals like her should be sterilized when convicted.

I feel so bad for Karla's baby, as you can be certain that child will not have an easy life. I question both the quality of upbringing that Karla can provide, as well as the torment that child will suffer from others as being the son of Karla. Do you think that kid will ever get a fair break in life?

Anyways, should sterilizing criminals who target children be passed into law? I certainly think so! If not, why not?

There is this kid at West Monroe High School, and I was going there right before I dropped out to go to bootcamp. He always wears a black leather trenchcoat. and like odd glasses and a black leather baret. I was kinda scared at school. One day they said over the intercom for no body to where trenchcoats to school anymore. because we shouldnt have to tell you why for you to know., Refering to the columbine shootings. i guess. well i happend to find his myspace and he has pictures on there with him and a collection of "GUNS". when i say guns. i mean a lot of guns. some on there on his captions saying my evil look and stuff. what should i do to go by this and make it clear to authorities to be on the look for this dude? i am really worried about my friends there everyday. i cant go talk to anyone there cuz i do not go there any more.

I need to know what the minimum mialage is from one depot to another before i can claim travel costs.

my current travel milage is 15 miles to work, the depot is moving 14.5 miles further away from my home direction resulting in me having to travel 31.5 miles.

Recently Supreme Court of India has considered all citizens of India s equal means all public servents including MLA ,MP every one is equal in case of India Law. And as per CRPC 154 it is obligatory on the part of Police Inspector to register FIR irrespective of the facts mentioned with the section mentioned in written registered application letter to register FIR.

I sent Registered post to Sarkhej Police Station to register FIR against Mrs. Sonia Gandhi and Mr. Ahmed Patel , PA to mrs. Sonia Gandhi as per Guidelines of Supreme Court.
The information provided under RIGHT Of Information Act from PIO of Ahmedabad rural Police mentioned that they have not received any such application. Indian post dep.provide all proof and Hon.C.M.office also provide proof. Let me know waht can be done further.

Also, why French people need to be nasty when they hear one speaks English? I just flew back from Charles de Gaulle airport and at security, the guy searched my bag cause I forgot to put some small items into a plastic bag. He tossed my stuff out into a container and said "You can't take zis deodarant, it's 120ml!" (it was half!), "You can't take zis parfume!"(50ml), "not this hair gel"(50ml), "not this medical ointment"(6ml), "not the toothpaste", "becuze you don't hav plastique beg"

Confusingly Heathrow provides plastic bags? I did dig out 1 little plastic bag, which I managed to fill with some bits I POLITELY insisted on having back, like the perfume and ointment, but he then grabbed everything and SHOUTED out loud, "NO NO NO you can't have it, It's too late!". BOILING, I thought, #%& man, WHY so Nasty? He was beside himself and for what? I had no chance to speak or allowed time to find a bag! He just bullied me out of expensive items as he over exaggerated the rules! Am I wrong?

We now live in Arkansas but are born and raised in Texas so thats where we are having our wedding. Can we apply for a license in Arkansas and have the minister sign it in Texas or do we just get in Texas? Its really confusing me and I have read and read to try to figure it out. There is a waiting period in Texas but not in Arkansas and we thought it would be easier to get it in Arkansas and just take it to Texas with us. Please help if you know what we should do.

National policy on criminal justice has recommended that adultery should be treated as a social rather than a criminal offence. At present, adultery is punishable by imprisonment up to 5years & fine under section 497 of IPC. What are your comments regarding this recommendation. I personally agree with this recommendation. Please this is a very serious issue & gives mature comments only.

Can you get arrested if your in a gang but don't get caught doing anything gang related? But the cops know your in a gang because you've been involved with gang related things prior to your arrest so is that cause for them to arrest you just because your in a gang? Thanks in advance!!!

year. My ex had a power of attorney drawn up that ended this coming August. In December , he decided to go for full guardianship but she would not sign his paperwork.
She went to a lawyer and revoked the power of attorney. She went to his residence with this paperwork . The deputies advised that the paperwork was legal but advised her to wait and come to court Monday afternoon. She did but they awarded them
temporary guardianship anyway. They will all go back to court in June for the final hearing.She was not prepared with an attorney ( this all occurred in another state
from where we live). She felt that it was all one-sided and that the judge didn't even
listen to her. She served the power of attorney and revoked theirs so ...........
What should our course of action be now? Help us....

My girlfriend is being restricted by a restraining order that was initiated by her ex and in his sworn statement he point blank told a couple a lies that he knew good and well they were untrue facts. Will the case even be able to get started on the court day if we go in there and first make it be known that he lied to even get the order issued

I'd say I have some right in terms of selfdefense. it's kill or be killed. who knows what these people are capable of. just a scenario. It is not commonly known that Yahoo opened ALL E-mail comuniques to the Red Chinese Government last lear for their scrutiny and many innocent people who were working for freedom of expression and Democray in Red China have been jailed.
Yahoo opened up this information and men and women are in jail as a result!

Yahoo officials stated that if they wated to continue to do business in Red China they had to do that ...incredible !

For shame!

So the US Constitution applies to Yahoo here but where $-and access is concerned they have about as much as a moral commitment as Mao did to truth!

I find now every inquiry posted on Yahoo that questions the far Left Dems herein is removed and I resent that!

And all those herein that enjoy this venue should be aware that censorship is being practiced in favor of the Far Left Wing Liberal Dem ideology the same as all main stream media..I garantee this one will be removed!

2-What if a person failed to do so in a country which doesn't charge people for such acts but his country does? will that person be charged in his country?
