Rick Perry, Governor of Texas, has passed an executive order mandating all girls in the sixth grade receive the HPV vaccine. The vaccine is supposed to protect girls from contracting 2 cancer causing strains of the HPV virus. These strains are only contracted through sexual activity. Some people applaud Perry’s decision for taking a stance toward cancer prevention while other believe the mandate takes power away from parents and strays too far into families lives.

Why is it that the targeting of anti-fraud measures are aimed at the most vulnerable members of society?

I am referring to the campaign by the DWP to bring to heel those that would attempt to and actively defraud the Benefits system.

Whilst there is no noteworthy similar campaigns waged against those who perpetrate Tax evasion, VAT carousel fraud and those that make use of illegally imported labour from the European Union?

Is it basically that the Government is either so incompetent that it cant or so morally and financially bankrupt, its prepared to turn a 'blind eye' to these crimes and instead demonising the most poorest and most vulnerable groups of society?

Of course benefit fraud should be discouraged, investigated and wherever practical a full prosecution brought against the offender, but you dont see many Sole Traders, Company Directors etc being treated in similar fashion.

You get to borrow books, cds, dvds and other media for free. This is taking away from the bottom lines of Barnes and Noble, Blockbuster, Netflix, etc.! Plus, my tax dollars go to pay for the library even if I never use it! That is socialist. Should libraries be abolished?

The lawyer I hired does not keep me updated. I recieved a order of suspension from the department of Public safety for three months. My lawyer or his firm never contacted me about anything and my court date is coming up. Is this a formality or has the court already decided on my fate?

I got a 3-4 pg research paper to do on this topic.

Is it ethical for one country to use another's Health Care services? To narrow it down, is it ethical for Canadians to use Metro Detroit, MI hospitals...or Canadians to use Buffalo, NY area hospitals, or Canadians to come from Vancouver to Seattle area hospitals? (These are the 3 areas that I thought these scenarios happen)
Possible Pro's:
- More business for these area's hospitals (These cities need it)
- We don't have long waiting lists like the Canadians do.
Possible Cons:
- How do our hospitals determine who to care for first: a few Canadians who need an urgent surgery..or a local who needs urgent care?

My 15 year old daughter was assaulted on Friday by an 18 year old student and she has 2 black eyes and was really hurt,the school seems to be dragging their feet.I called a couple attorneys and one attorney says what do I need a lawyer for??what kinda question is that?!I want to press charges on the girl,I called the police who said take it up with the school,what should I do??

Gave the elderly free medicen and free utilites and free college to everyone and if anyone convicted of rape, child molestation, or murder not in self defence I would have them hanged right befor they anouced the winning numbers for the Big Game Lottery at 7.00 pm . For every one that is in prison we would use them to keep our citys clean and to build city projects and if a war broke out they would be on the front line with out pay and if they make it back alive they could go free. A nyone caught in a homosexual act would be sent to jail for one year thank you for your support.

I know that I'm probably going to get a lot of strong responses to this question. However, I really do wonder if it should be illegal. After all, it's not as if suicidal people want to hurt anyone other than themselves. Also, some may argue that suicidal people aren't thinking rationally when they decide to kill themselves. That may be true, but is it really morally right for the rest of us to impose our will upon these people and force them to do something they don't want to do (live)?

Did you show up? Were you picked to serve?
I got served last years and couldn't make it so I rescheduled and was told I would be notified by mail or email and it never happened this year I got served again and was told if I didn't show up, there would be a warrent out for my arrest. I don't want to serve on a jury I don't feel I can judge another human being.

If you have a body attachment for missing a court date and also skipped out of probation for a low level felony fraud charge in Indiana and you go to Washington (state) and begin living there, will they actually bother to come and get you or will they just rack you in Washington (if you are even found)? What if the person inverts their social security # and drops a letter from their name on the I-9 form and begins to work?

I have been living in this apartment for one month now. Since day one the above apartment has a child (rougly about 2 years old). I understand living beneath someone their is going to be noise. Such as hearing their washing machine, T.V. and hearing people walk. I also hear this child run constantly which is part of being a child I know. The issue with me is the constant running and jumping late at night until early morning. I am being serious, the child has woken me up from bed at 2 in the morning. I work from 8 to 5 and I need my sleep. I usually go to bed around 11 and it's so hard for me to sleep due to the running and jumping all night long. I talked to the Mother upstairs and explained to her the situation and she apologized and would settle the child down. A week went by and still the same. I called the landlord and he said he can't do anything about it. But in my lease it has rules bout the disturbance of neighbors being an issue. What do I do now? Thanks!!!

The applications under RTI Act may be received at the concerned department or at the office of the designated PIO or through online besides the post offices and may be forwarded to the respective PIO’s for which another 5-7 days of margin can be given over the 30 days period
