I read an article yesterday that stated the government approved to allow a college in Boston to grow marijuana for "research". Do you think that by the government allowing them to grow no more than two acers of pot, that they are one step closer to legalizing marijuana? Do you think it should be legalized?

Yes it shld be legalized. That's not what I "think", that is based on facts.
It's about time that they did some research. Ever wonder why in other countries they use it for medicinal purposes (as well as recreational), but here in the US it is Satans drug?
Irritating how people believe everything that they government tells them.

In some states it already is legalized for medicinal use. And in case you didn't know, Harvard already does a lot of "research" on even harder drugs like LSD and Ecstasy. Without research, how do you even know it's bad? They have actually concluded that the drugs they have done research on aren't nearly as bad as everyone thinks they are, they have more benefits than adverse effects. Alcohol is much worse effects than all of those drugs, but it's legal.
So, yeah...let them do their research, so people can finally be properly informed and they can legalize it!

Hemp has many uses beside being used as a drug. I see no problem with this research. I also see no problem with medical uses of marijuana and this research could determine other uses for it for medical purposes that could be obtained in a manner different than smoking it. Many prescription drugs are also abused, but have good purpose for those with medical need.

Cool, legalize and tax it, and develope some type of testing to see how much you have used, just like Breathe Alyzers when you drink. That would be cool

I think it should be legalized because it'll free up some of the legal system and it'll be another source for taxes.

many colleges have grown weed for years,for research. ohio university is one of them. i doubt we will see it legalized.
