Criminality is not a "gene" it is learned from examples set early in life. If these family members did not do anything wrong, there is no reason to punish them. And capital punishment isn't gone. The death penalty is still in place in the United States at least. I'm not sure where you're from. But it is definitely still used. You can't punish someone for something that their family member did, it has nothing to do with them. So you're saying you would kill a murderer's 3 year old son, simply because he was immediate family??? That doesn't make any sense.

Wow, you can't be that ignorant can you. There is no such thing as the criminal gene. most criminals are born out of desperation to make themselves and there family better off. But since no one will help them out they must resort to desperate messures to succeed. As for murders and the like. Genetics has nothing to do with being a murderer. Seriously man get a hobby

Read George Orwell's "1984" and then get back to us on your thoughts. Sounds suspiciously like "Big Brother" happening.

How rational is that? Some serial killers came from very normal, well adjusted families, and their siblings and family members have been rather productive members of society without going on killing sprees. . .

Hitler did something like this, and you know how that worked out. . .

No such thinig as a criminal gene. What you are suggesting is the kind of thinking that has led to genocide. I hope that you will rethink this.
