If you have a body attachment for missing a court date and also skipped out of probation for a low level felony fraud charge in Indiana and you go to Washington (state) and begin living there, will they actually bother to come and get you or will they just rack you in Washington (if you are even found)? What if the person inverts their social security # and drops a letter from their name on the I-9 form and begins to work?

I would have to say that for awhile you would be safe. Eventually you will probably get into some sort of trouble as it appears that it is a pattern. Eventually you will have to face the music. Best thing to do is get an attorney and get the whole mess straightened out. It will be better than looking over your shoulder forever.

First, there would be no extradition question here. If the police in Washington find out that you have a felony warrant out they wouldn't hesitate to ship you back to Indiana (there is no extradition hearings between states). Also you have to cover your tracks much better then that. Inverting your SSN would be a federal offense and it wouldn't work anyways (the Social Security Office would see that you lied (another federal crime) and cops would figure out who you are pretty quick).

fool me once shame on you; fool me twice shame on me....Indiana "probably'' will not go to the expense to extradite if you are smart enough to fight extradition in the first place. but if you commit another fraud with your social security number you will get busted for both
