you can do a search on a lot of county clerk websites for free for any court documents. Other than that, I don't know...but personally, I think you should be able to run your drivers license on some website.

You can but it's expensive. You have to apply and pay to each police force where you may or may not have committed an offence. Yes the National Police Computer and CHRIS exist (hey, I watch the Bill) but you'll find that the powers that be make it an expensive b**ache to discourage people.
