i ask this Question because it happend in my station so i want know the rules in ur company?

It all depends on the company, honestly. It's not like it will affect their paramedic license or anything.

As long as it's consensual, and no one actually witnessed it (they can always deny anything happened), it's going to be hard to prove that anything actually happened at all.

If caught, most likely they will get suspended for a shift or two. Worst case scenario, they might get fired.

At my service, this kind of thing happens occasionally, and the standard practice is to look the other way, as long as the couple is being very discreet.

The punishment is usually a raise in pay. I think. Well that is what I would do.

Its a place of business, therefor it counts as sexual harassment even if both parties were in agreement. They should be fired. Way to go btw!

Why punish them if they do not stain anything or if they do it when they are not on call??
