Some say it should be illegal to burn the American flag, because that amounts to a desecration. That is according to many Republican politicians. By that same logic, shouldn't the possession of a confederate flag be outlawed, since that ALSO amounts a desecration of the American flag? Our union is threatened by the burning of the American flag much as it is by the flying of the flag of our previous civil enemy. Isn't that hypocritical of proponents of a ban on American flag burning?
Flying a confederate flag is not the same as flying the State flag of Louisiana, for example. That's because the confederate flag was supposed to apply to all of the states, not just the south. Plus, the Southern states now fly the American flag, "old glory".Flying the confederate flag is also not the same as flying a foreign flag, or the foreign flag of an enemy we fought in a war. That is because Americans were fighting other Americans. It is therefore an internal civil matter.

my friend has her two grandkids and has to make a decision to relinquish them to the CPS or adopt them herself in march. she isn't in a situation to raise them, however if she legally adopts them, can she them put them up for private adoption, thus securing her say for where they are placed? she's in california. she wants the boys to stay together, loves them dearly, but just can't raise them. they are 5 and 2. she has had them on and off for a couple years. their parents have lost all rights.

I contracted something in the military that caused an epidemic along with killed many people that is still unknown at least to those of us who contracted it or recieved it in a vaccine (contaminated or on purpose without the knowledge of the majority of the military). I had my organ donor status removed but I want to make sure my organs are never used or my blood because there was a young man who had an alternative lifestyle whose parents donated his body when he died in an accident. When he died in a wreck no one knew he was high risk and he had just contracted HIV such that the tests did not show positive. 111 people contracted HIV who recieved his organ parts. Later on they found that this was because he had just contracted HIV very shortly before the accident.

Sonia Gandhi is not an Indian it is a proven fact. it is not tht one is being biased but we take a lot of things from foreign coutries their culture life style etc. not to go that far our indian constitution is a combination of British constitution and USA constitution. in the stated two constitution it is clearly mentioned that anyone of foreign origin by birth will not be allowed to take high office post in the government.So it is prime responsiblity of Indians not to get carried away that a woman is coming into power but be sure that the right person and of right origin come into power. We have diverse culture and liberal mind but let not this be taken for granted. We may be corrupt but when it comes to motherland we are very much attached to it. It may not be in case of foreign born and not of Indian origin also.Please do give ur valuble information to the stated question

im not planning on ever doing this but it came up one day and i was wondering...

if i made pictures of me when i was under 18 and then i turned 18 would i be able to legally post those on the internet or sell them or whatever?
