Of course it is!

Roe (Norma McCorvey) was never pregnanat nor has she ever had an abortion.... Years later she is one the most active Pro-Life leaders in the nation.

My question to you is.....since the law was built up on a lie, shouldn't it be removed and let someone else take it to court?

Reguardless of your own personal feelings about abortion, don't you find it ODD??? I really wonder who was behind this in the first place. The Lawyers?

For those of you who might be in disbelief, google her!

He said we could have the day off class for it, and extra credit if we went. I find this highly unethical and disturbing. There is no such offer of day off class for a pro-America rally or extra credit. Is there any way to get him fired or a lawsuit?

I don't want to be a litigator. In fact, I'd rather never stand before a judge; I am not that advarsarial.

Any ideas? I'd like to work in civil rights, labor, immigration, or adoption in either the public or private sector, just not in litigation.

a will was left dividing the assets, there are two executors of the will but four beneficiaries.

a very small - non-legal - list was left to share out some of the assets in the home, but the other things are creating tension.

how do they decide who gets what if there are two people fighting over them.... does the oldest executor decide? do the items have to be sold? what?

Im asking because I took my son to a zoo and wanted to pay the special rate for disabled people for him and was asked for proof. He does have a disabled parking permit, but obviously that was in the car as we were parked in a disabled bay. Does anyone know what I can use to prove his disability please?

Ok so heres the deal... My friend is a school teacher and she was telling me about these 2 kids who were fighting on the school grounds. I was immediately hit with the idea that I would send her to school with a camcorder to start recording these fights and start making tapes called "Kids Gone Wild" and selling them on the internet. I am totally willing to give half of the profits to her seeing she is going to be recording it.

My 2 questions are this... Is this an untapped resource that you would be willing to buy into?? Secondly, does anyone know of a lawyer I could speak too regarding the legalities on getting the ball rolling with this project?

How can you protect the out of state assets from being attched for a judgement from another state? Is putting the out of state assets in someone elses name the only way to protect the out of state assets?

If not, why did you support millions of dollars to delve into Clinton's personal life ( BEFORE he gave any testimony).

I'm 15, have strong ethical and moral principles. Since I'm a teen I live with my parents and since I can remeber I've always been told I should never lie, especially to my parents. Of course, like every kid, I lied to them a few times when I was under 12. But as I gor older I learned the importance of honesty, though for several times I didn't agree with them. I had several arguments with my parents, but we don't lie to each other.
But I've learned this is true only when it comes to kids and parents. Because in the adult business world, especially when involving money, lies are acceptable and even encouraged. Sometimes under more beautiful names like strategy, perception, etc. Lawyers lie on behalf of their clients and it's OK, it's their job. CEOs lie for the good of their business and that's OK, it's business. Politicians, well, needless to say anything. Actually, it seems the capacity to lie makes you more competitive. So, should I be a liar in making

The US has by far the largest military budget, this is a signal for other countries. European Union does not really care about military influences and prefer to use diplomacy and politics and win-win economic collaborations as a foreign policy tools.

Every US military interventions done during the period 1950-2007 seem to be embedded with their ideology.

Where does the need to control the outside world come from? Is it only to have a safe world?
