Overturning Roe v. Wade. A Congressional majority passes a new bill. But what good would it do? Do you think that if you ban abortion it will all stop? No way. Women got illicit abortions before, and they will after. There's no way to stop it.

It is not gonna ever happen, I would never have an abortion myself but before the legalized it people were getting them in back alleys and dying, I feel for all children but I would rather see a woman get an abortion (early pregnancy only) then to dump the child in a garbage can or kill it. Yes there are millions of childless couples that would take these babies in a heartbeat but they don't get the chance before something horrible happens to the children. I am glad they have set up sites all over for someone to drop the baby off, it has saved so many lives, Abortion is never gonna end until women start using birth control.

I'm not sure what you're asking, but the first step would be for the SCOTUS to remove the Constitutional protections under Roe V. Wade....this clears the way for the issue to be tossed back to the states. What you would most likely see is the individual states regulating access to abortion. Some states would simply restore the protections once afforded at the Federal level and perhaps expand them to cover minors, etc, while other states would outlaw abortion all together.

Roe v. Wade would have to be overturned. That gives women a constitutional right to have an abortion. Until that happens you cant pass an law to abolish abortion.

It's the same as getting any other law passed. Someone in Congress needs to propose it, then it needs to be held up to a vote.
Don't hold your breath on this one. This is a moral decision, not a legal one, and should not be in the courts. The decision is between you and your God.
