Ok so heres the deal... My friend is a school teacher and she was telling me about these 2 kids who were fighting on the school grounds. I was immediately hit with the idea that I would send her to school with a camcorder to start recording these fights and start making tapes called "Kids Gone Wild" and selling them on the internet. I am totally willing to give half of the profits to her seeing she is going to be recording it.

My 2 questions are this... Is this an untapped resource that you would be willing to buy into?? Secondly, does anyone know of a lawyer I could speak too regarding the legalities on getting the ball rolling with this project?

Are you for real? not only is this highly illegal but its also gonna ensure your friend definately loses her job and will never get a job as a teacher again. And videos like that are all over the net anyway, taking by some kids watching the fight. Kids shouldnt behave like that and adults certainly shouldnt either.

Sorry to be harsh, thtas just my opinion!

Been there! I pay solid money to be waiting to rejoice with a meal at a cafe and there are situations while that could desire to be the only time I could spend with my husband for awhile so I have no qualms with saying some thing to the discern. you won't be able to blame the toddlers as they are basically doing what they have been allowed to do. If the discern isn't prepared to concentration on their young toddlers, then communicate with the administrative. If the administrative isn't prepared to step in, walk out and circulate someplace else. of course the welfare and risk-free practices of the multiple different diners are not a precedence for the administrative in the event that they are prepared to allow that variety of habit of their agency.

Are you totally out of your mind? What you are thinking of is doing is nothing short of exploiting those children. Their fights should be dealt with by guidance and redirection. Not turned into some three ring circus. I most certainly would not buy into this and It is highly illegal and unethical.

I wouldn't be interested at all, who wants to see children fighting? If the teacher was secretly recording these children, he or she would lose their job.
