This is a sad situation. My distant cousin is a meth addict. His girlfriend is also a meth addict. They have 1 child together that was born prematurely due to her drug use. The child was placed with CPS and now is in the custody of the great grandmother. Now the 16 yr old girl is 8 months pregnant and began having contactions. She tested positive for meth and pot. The baby only weighs approximately 1 lb and is very malnourished due to this girls drug habit. This baby will probably die from her choice to feed it nothing but meth. She did not have legal ramifications for her first pregnancy when the child was born early and had to live with tubes coming in and out of his lil body because of drugs. Now, this child will probably not live a day after it is born. Can she face murder charges? I would hope that the legal system can and will charge her for murder. Does such law exist in Arizona?

I live in a terrible place where my car was trampled on by children (had to replace the windsheild), kids run up and down in the hall ways screaming day and night, people follow me into the building and up to my apartment demanding money, kids ask me for my grocieries and the "adults" blast music into the late night. It is so terrible and I don't feel safe there. The mamangement is saying they really don't care and excpect me to keep paying for the place after I move. Are there any laws that can help me?

I received a no insurance ticket in Delaware back in 2000 which I didn't even realize I had.I apparently had a capias entered which I didn't find out about until I tried to get a driver's license back in my home state of Washington.I want to pay the fine and get it taken care of,but on my income to fly back there and stay to take care of it in person would tap any monies I had to pay the ticket with.I have heard that there are state officials you can write to and ask to be excused from court as well as ask to make payment to.Does anyone have any idea who this would be?

In murder cases the man always has to be portrayed as evil. Some states even say that premeditated murder cab be self defence. What's up with that.

Besides the basic form of Financial Aid that the Government offers, are there any other special grants or loans that the Government or any other organization that helps fund people with learning disability with schooling?

I am not asking for a handout from the Government, I will give back to the community when I am able and educated. I just need some money and help to invest in my education.

Anyway, does anybody know where I can get some financial help for school? I was diagnosed by a licensed professional, which I can prove that I have a learning disability.

If an employer lays off an employee as a reduction-in-force does that mean that the position is no longer open?? If the position becomes open does the employer have to offer it to the employee who worked it last? Last Question- Can an employer lay off an employee as a reduction-in-force and then post that position as being open???

I want to know because it would be unfair to society if they do not have to take a drug test. Everyone who works has too take a drug test even if its a simple job so they welfare receipients should have to take a drug test and if they fail then they dont get their checks. Why are they getting free money if they can work in the first place?
