It's available on demand, for the most part. In many places there is a 24 hour waiting period, and if you're under 18 they may ask for parental consent, but they cannot deny it to an adult. They won't ask questions, they won't try to talk you out of it or ask "are you sure", nor will they pressure you into doing it if you're having doubts. They're there to perform the abortion, and that's it.
