I asked some of my friends and some said they are and some said they are not but I seen them at the flea market so I would think they are not but yea does anyone know for sure?

Yes. According to Texas Code § 46.05, "A person commits an
offense if he intentionally or knowingly possesses, manufactures,
transports, repairs, or sells... (6) knuckles..." as defined in §46.01: "'Knuckles' means any instrument that consists of finger rings or guards made of a hard substance and that is designed, made, or adapted for the purpose of inflicting serious bodily injury or death by striking a person with a fist enclosed in the knuckles."

Yes. However, a brass 'paperweight' (which is totally legal) may bear a striking resemblance to brass knuckles.

just dont get caught with them on your person outside of your home cause the police here consider brass knuckles the same as carrying a gun/riffle

what you see that the flea market is a "Novelty paper weight" it lets them get around the legal loop hole about brass knucks... they are illegal just about anywhere...

they are not banned, but it is illegal to carry and conceal them.
