I consider this nation to be barbaric, and it is, since we allow their people all over the world to enjoy religious freedoms which they do not allow. Why do we even consider them as friends, when they are our worse enemies?

Hey all.
I know I should probably be asking this to a lawyer, and will, I just wanted to get some opinion to explore the ideas other may have.

I purchased an RV on eBay and found that after I purchased the vehicle it was NOT as described.

I received 90% of the money paid to the seller back from my credit card (still waiting on 1 more dispute for the deposit). I am just trying to figure out what to do next.

What am I to do with this vehicle? I'm not about to pump the money in gas into abandoning this vehicle in his front yard. He's ignoring all calls and emails. Technically the vehicle is in my possession and registered to me BUT, because the charges were denied and his account is now negative, in his eyes I still owe the money? So if I were to just sell it and reclaim my lost money, then he could come after me later for the money that was denied to him?

I don't know if theres a process I do (like serve him a letter to pick this up and after xx days its abandoned & I could sell it)

I have been living in my apartment complex for a year and a half now. Up until now it has been a very quiet area. I'm not sure who has moved in but these individuals are loud. I have called the non emergency police line twice, and have reported this problem to the leasing office. However, the noise still goes on. These individuals believe it is ok to blast their music until 9-10pm at night any day of the week! Help is there anyway I can get out of my lease without having to pay the fine for breaking the contract?

If you have been on parole since 1997 and have no trouble since being on parole, the parole is up 2009, would you be permitted to travel to another country, such as, Carribean?, for vacation. Thanks. It wasn't for murder charges or anything like that. It was a drug charge. A great member of society today, turned their life around.

Trying to make a quick list.

Can you please tell me some examples of things that are illegal, but where the police will not press charges?

(Where the Activity is seen as culturally acceptable. e.g. students egging cars on the last day of school, smoking pot on a commune etc.)

Yes, some infants do survive them. Apparently, the US Congress overwhelmingly thought these infants should receive treatment, but support for the proposition is not unanimous:

I don't understand how anyone can be against the Christian faith? when their teachings say to obey the law , treat one another as you would have them treat you, just read the 10 basic commandments, I know there are other religions who teach the same basic principles and I have no problem with them , but, when religion says to kill or so many other bad things how can anyone uphold such teachings, and if you don't believe in god or any other decent life style, how can you be against the christian way?? unless of course you want to use the excuse Christians did this or that 100s of years ago, when not any of us really know the real history, these wars could have been fought over a number of things but, religion got blamed, even if history is right I am referring to here and now, not some thing that happened so far in the past no one knows the real reasons, or maybe your life is so full of B,S, or you are hiding some thing and want it to be justified then maybe you have cause to condemn.

I have been receiving a small number of prank calls, about 1 a week at least from a harasser.I do not want him calling me whatsoever and I have not antagonized him.

My boss,(who is a complete scatterbrains) has sent me an e-mail detailing that if anyone (meaning him)calls she will give him my home number and home address. I have tried to explain this to her and she will not listen.

I know this is wrong, but what exactly should I do?

Subject: Barack Obama

Probable U. S. presidential candidate, Barack Hussein Obama was born in Honolulu, Hawaii, to Barack Hussein Obama, Sr., a black Muslim from Nyangoma-Kogel, Kenya and Ann Dunham, a white atheist from Wichita, Kansas. Obama's parents met at the University of Hawaii.

When Obama was two years old, his parents divorced. His father returned to Kenya. His mother then married Lolo Soetoro, a radical Muslim from Indonesia. When Obama was 6 years old, the family relocated to Indonesia. Obama attended a Muslim school in Jakarta. He also spent two years in a Catholic school.

Obama takes great care to conceal the fact that he is a Muslim. He is quick to point out that, "He was once a Muslim, but that he also attended Catholic school."

Obama's political handlers are attempting to make it appear that Obama's introduction to Islam came via his father, and that this influence was temporary at best. In reality, the senior Obama returned to Kenya soon after the divorce, and never again had any direct influence over his son's education. Lolo Soetoro, the second husband of Obama's mother, Ann Dunham, introduced his stepson to Islam. Obama was enrolled in a Wahabi school in Jakarta. Wahabism is the radical teaching that is followed by the Muslim terrorists who are now waging Jihad against the western world.

Since it is politically expedient to be a Christian when seeking major public office in the United States, Barack Hussein Obama has joined the United Church of Christ in an attempt to downplay his Muslim background.

Let us all remain alert concerning Obama's expected presidential candidacy.
