I consider this nation to be barbaric, and it is, since we allow their people all over the world to enjoy religious freedoms which they do not allow. Why do we even consider them as friends, when they are our worse enemies?

They act like barbarians over there and I really don't think that there is anything that we as a nation can do to change this. If the enviromentalists would let the US drill for oil in the forests up in Alaska (They would only need about 10 acres of the 100s of millions of acres) we would not have to rely on them as much and their economy would crumble.

It's all about the money. Well, not really, there's more to it than that. The Middle East is largely hostile towards the West. We take what we can get. Does this mean that our government agrees with what nations in the Middle East do to their citizens? No. But it does mean that we have access to other more hostile nations if needs be, as long as we continue to bite our tongues when it comes to actions these governments take.
I wish we could correct all of it, but look how regime change is working out-I should say NOT working out-in Iraq.

Actually, I don't think that rule applies to Christians, only Muslims. Christians who are caught with Bibles will be imprisoned, maybe tortured, but not killed.

We consider them friends because their leaders have long been close friends and business associates with our leaders (ie the Bush family).

.this is not the only thing wrong in that country and if they let the Bible in, that does not mean the Bible would work like magic and solve the problems in that country. many countries in the meddle east have churches and still have many problems. Bible does not solve the problems of humanity if not making it worse.

We may not like their rules and customs, but it is theirs. It is none of our business. What would you recommend we do? Invade them. It should not be America's foreign policy to change every country to be like us.

Just remember this should you go there. When in a foreign country, you are bound by their laws. Just remember, "You aren't in Kansas anymore!"

So, we go to war with everyone who thinks we are infidels in their religion? Because they are infidels in ours? And they will sit still for this because? If they are barbaric, and to my eyes they are, then what does that make your proposal of endless war?
