I was a supervisor had a worker threaten to shoot me 2 weeks later I was demoted for unrelated reasons and replaced in my position by this employee who got his job because he was an aquatence of the superviser who demoted me. the employee was given 2 weeks off for the threat just enough time to take my job.

You need to quit and take this info to L&I. You would still be able to collect unemployment because you were basically forced to quit. Then contact a lawyer and sue them. You will have to have the lawyer supena the employee records for the person that threatened you, as this should be in their file.
