Hi. I am a single mother of one girl. I am wanting to immigrate to Ireland and obtain Irish citizenship. How do I get started and what forms do I need to fill out? How does the process work? I have a bachelor's degree in criminal justice from a university in the U.S. and currently have US citizenship. I want to obtain citizenship in Ireland for both my daughter and myself. Thanks.

He's in jail for sexual assault, kidnapping and assault with the intent to kill. None of it is true. We've tried to tell the police this but they won't listen. His trial starts in March sometime. The person that accused him even told the police that she was lying and they still won't let him out. What is wrong with this picture!? They want to keep an innocent man in jail to eat moldy food and get sick all the time and have to worry about his own safety. He doesn't get hot showers or even warm ones. It is absolutely inhumane how they are treated. They are humans not animals. I wouldn't even treat a dog that bad. And you don't realize how bad they are treated until someone you love is in there. It's an outrage! We all just want him out. If anyone has any ideas, please feel free to give them to me. They are greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I was divorced from my wife last Friday and the next day she was arrested for dem viol against me. Our house is for sale and I had an offer on it that I know she would accept. She will not contact me back about or anything else including bills and taking now her dogs from our home that I am living in.

The judgment states she can reside here but is choosing not to which is better anyways.

We were getting along fine until the arrest and now I think she is trying to get out of the divorce judgment.

Can she? Not to get married again but I think she now has decided it isn't fair or something. I don't know but it's fishy she doesn't want to close on this house ASAP??? The judge signed off on it but is there a so called 48 hour free look or something were it can be voided???

Please help. I am talking with a lawyer Thursday but was wondering now. It has me stressing!

My bosses secretary and I have had outbursts in populated locations in my company. The reason being, is she always came off highly offensive and aggressive. She also was recently viewed by many co-workers speaking of me and stating that i was absent because of "migraines" and was definetly faking. I do indeed get extreme intense and paralyzing migraines. Do I have any arguement? I work for a privately owned company.

i went to a gas station to buy cigarettes. the regular price is $7.20, however, i was buying the "buy 2 get 1 free" and was charged $16.80. does that make sense? how can they charge me more money for something that is free. if i bought 2 packs it would have cost me $14.40, so why am i being charged about $2.00 more? can i report this store to the BBB?

I have to agree with Donald Trump. Since when is it an inconvenience or against the law to fly the American Flag at a certain height? I saw the flag and it doesn't seem like it is against standards of most other flagpoles.

What is wrong with that town? Is their councilmembers so full of bullies they think they push anyone around? They've picked on the wrong person that's for sure, and I couldn't be happier that it's Donald Trump. What if it were someone like you or I who don't have the thousands per day in penalties to pay the town just to prove a point?

My boyfriend is 16. I'm 17. We're both virgins and he's been casually hinting that he and I should have sex. Whenever we hear about our friends having sex, he asks me " How come we can't do that?" I love my boyfriend and I'm ready to have sex with him. I've gone to planned parenthood, talked to my doctor, and I know how to use contraceptives. I am also aware how to use a condom. The only thing is I'm scared to have sex with him because I feel like I'm commiting a felony. I turn 18 in a month and a half. My boyfriend is still going to be 16. We live in California, and in CA I think the age of consent is 18. SO my question is: would it be illegal for my boyfriend and I to have sex? If it is illegal, shouldn't I wait two years for him?

I'm in California. My co-worker is old-er and tends to forget things she says to me, then swears she never said anything of that sort. And due to this, I am looked at as being dumb, and forgetful (and I actually have a good memory, and very detail oriented-plus I'm 26 and she's in her mid 60s). Four years ago my husband was pulled over by the cops. They searched his vehicle and found 1/4 an ounce of marijuana. He stopped smoking pot within a few months after that. He went to apply for a job yesterday and they said he may not get hired because of that misdemeanor. What do you all think? Do most places look at things like that when they hire someone? He was 20 at the time he got charged.

I bounced a check in June 2005 and didn't find out about it until September 2006, I know I know I should have known but somehow I missed it. Anyway, I had a court date in October to take care of it but they asked that I come back in November. The date in November came around and we were out of state at my father-in-law's funeral and the date slipped my mind. Now there is a warrent out for my arrest or missing the court date. Is there anyway to get rid of it due to extenuating circumstances?

I have been living in United states in Chicago for 7 years and I have never had any problem even minor one..but Unfortunately in 2005 I got cut in one of the department stores and accused of stealing!!! But I SWEAR I wasn't stealing and my purpose was changing stuff which I didn't have the recede for them..Any way I was charged and and got supervision because the amount was $169..Any way last year I applied for citizenship and my interview was yesterday..I passes the citizenship test with 100 and I speak English really good and I obtained my associate degree last year and currently I am a dentistry student in UIC..But the officer said that the arrest record will cause my application to be denied!! he said because the amount of the merchandises that you took is over $150 so you need to wait 5 more years and apply again..He was sad for me too because he said that I am a good person and I went through this problem,,He said he will talk to his supervisor and give his recommendation for me but he was still not sure if the supervisor will except or no!!! Please tell me here do you think I have any chance to get excepted??? I am really sad and disappointed and don't know what to do..Please any help or advice..Thanks a lot

my x after collecting child suport in Ill. and the kidds are done went back to collect from a old order in Iowa how can i stop this ? If i cant then why cant everyone just run around the country state to state and sign up for child suport and collect from everywhere? My x gets too.
