child support iowa?

my x after collecting child suport in Ill. and the kidds are done went back to collect from a old order in Iowa how can i stop this ? If i cant then why cant everyone just run around the country state to state and sign up for child suport and collect from everywhere? My x gets too.

Get the prof that payment was made and present it to your court or child collection agency.

Best thing is to, take all your up to date paper work. And get a lawyer.
